DESCRIPTION:Imagine being surrounded by the beauty of Red Hen Farm and Orch
 ard this fall while taking good care of the most relationship in your life.
 \nJoin Julie\, a certified Gottman's 7 Principals' Leader\, for 4 date nigh
 ts meeting every Wednesday starting January 21 and ending February 11.  Th
 e dates will be held at the farm where couples will learn content from The 
 Gottman Institute's 40 years of relationship research. Couples will also ha
 ve ample time to actively put this research into practice!  The first date
 s are for rebuilding and strengthening friendship and trust.  From there c
 ouples learn healthy and productive ways to communicate\, even when it is c
 omplicated and hard.    These date nights provide an excellent opportunit
 y to build or rebuild your most important relationship. It is a great way t
 o invest in yourself and your partner!\n\nWe will gather at Red Hen Farm an
 d Orchard enjoying our cosy new barn . There are three covered patios and p
 lenty of outdoor areas to spread out when couples are processing and practi
 cing new content and strategies. Snacks and drinks will be provided. There 
 will even be a bonfire to warm you up should you choose to be outside.\n\nE
 ven the best of relationships have ups and downs. It is completely normal t
 o experience tension and conflict when in relationship and it is powerful t
 o have healthy\, well-researched strategies to work through this tension an
 d conflict. There really are ways to argue/fight and not deeply hurt one an
 other. There are ways to invest in one another and because of this investme
 nt\,  love one another well. \n\nThis workshop is great for couples who a
 re doing well AND for couples who are struggling! It is designed to help co
 uples build/rebuild trust\, commitment\, communication\, friendship\, roman
 ce and gratitude.\n\nNote: This workshop is simply psycho-educational and i
 s directly from "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" leadership 
 training. It is conducted in a safe\, accepting space where couples are exp
 ected to fully share with their partner. Ample time is given for partners t
 o practice and review content with one another after instruction time. **Cl
 ass time is simply a time to learn content\, couples are not asked to share
  any personal information.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
