Everyone can benefit from a life coach!

I’ll shout it from the mountain top… “We can ALL live a fuller, happier life with help from a life coach!!” When I was researching what life coaches did and what it took to be a life coach, I decided to hire one. I had no idea how much I needed a life coach! I was struggling with a big transition and due to this reality, my self confidence had taken a hit. She helped me to see my limiting beliefs, my bias, my self-judgment. She worked with me to help me to let go of my old stories and beliefs that were not serving me anymore. She helped me to set goals and she challenged me to achieve those goals. She reminded me of my skills, my gifts, my genius. I was coming back to myself and this helped me to build courage and resilience. It also filled me with joy. After a series of sessions (and the pandemic outbreak), I took a break. Life marched on but when I experienced a deep loss, I called her again for more sessions and she helped me grieve. She worked with me so that I could let go and move forward in a healthy way without stuffing my sorrow. Soon, I will call her again in order to set new goals and to continue to work on my path toward an abundant and rewarding life. It is soon time to emerge from this time of pandemic and I want to be ready! I love having a life coach for these different phases of life. It helps keep me moving forward and challenges me to stay accountable to my goals. Not to mention the healing, strength and focus I can and have achieved through coaching.
I think that we can all use someone who is there for us through our life experiences. Maybe you will choose to call a life coach for a brief time for help with a goal or a transition, or maybe you need help moving through grief. Maybe there are so many realities colliding right now that you just need someone to help you discern your path forward. Maybe you just need a little balance. Regardless, a good life coach is there to listen, to work with you, and to help you create a plan forward. They are there to cheer you along your way and to help you remember your brilliance. So, don’t wait, call a life coach!
