Deep Roots is for individuals and teams who are ready to reach their goals and to make what seemed impossible yesterday, possible today.

One-on-One

Individual sessions. Starting with client created lists of strengths, values, goals and purpose, the client defines the overarching goals for the coaching agreement. Julie and the client co-create a path for working toward and achieving those goals. Julie provides a framework, accountability, listening ear and cheering section. Coaching is very forward thinking and moving. It is for individuals who are ready to grow and change in awareness, compassion, focus and achievement.

Length: 60-75 minutes

To begin: The first session is an opportunity to experience coaching in order to know if it is a good fit for you as well as to really know if you are ready to commit to the coaching process. This process is one filled with open mindedness, new growth and exciting change.

Where: Coffee shop, go for a walk/hike,  zoom or phone.

What: The beautiful reality about coaching is that you are the expert on you. I am here to hold space for you and to ask you good questions in order to help you remember how amazing you are and to co-create a framework toward healthy and meaningful living. You set the goals and we create a path toward achieving those goals together. My role is to help you to see your world differently and because of this new way of seeing, the world changes, you change, and what seemed impossible yesterday, is now possible today.  Let’s get started!

I offer individuals four options:

  • Single sessions– $150/each.
  • Four months of support- $998. Sessions happen bi-weekly focused on strengths, values, goals and goal achievement (I accept payment in full or some clients pay in 2-3 payments, whichever is better.)
  • Six months of support– $1500. Sessions happen bi-weekly with email check-ins between sessions.. This program affords everything the 8 sessions offers as well as a deeper dive with added support between sessions creating deep, lasting change. The added email support brings greater accountability and added intention in order to keep the forward momentum.
  • Farm and talk– 8 sessions/farming chores- $498 Help around the farm, move your body and use your mind. This is a great option for those who do better moving while talking.

Payment in full is expected or can be broken up into 2 payments.

 Mastermind

What is a mastermind?

A mastermind is an intentionally formed group that meets regularly for the express purpose of supporting each individual in achieving goals and troubleshooting challenges.  It is a group that uses their collective wisdom and experience to provide ideas, feedback, solutions and support to each individual member.  The mastermind experience provides an opportunity to share connection, accountability, support, achievement and celebration with a group of thoughtful and creative professionals.  

How does it work?

We meet five times. The first meeting is more of a get to know you and explanation of the mastermind process.  It is also a time to set individual goals.  Goals can be personal, professional or both.  Subsequent meetings are very focused.  After we spend a couple of minutes arriving, we get to work.  Each person is given 10-15 minutes to share their goals and challenges.  The group is then given a few minutes to respond with questions, solutions and observations.  Then we move on to the next person.  At the end, we go around the circle and each person commits to a specific action or set of actions that they will report on at the next mastermind.

Timeframe?  2+ hours depending on the size of group

Can I invite other professionals?     Yes!

Cost?  $375 includes 5 masterminds plus snacks!

Team Sessions

Tailored sessions for individual leaders and their teams, focusing on workplace climate, transition, burnout, values alignment, and other professional and personal development. Julie curates curriculum to best meet the needs of your team as directed by the team leader and by drawing from her training in strengths-psychology, positive-psychology, mental fitness, organizational mindfulness and John Gottman’s relationship research.  

Couples Workshops

Julie is a trained leader of The Seven Principles by John Gottman.  Look for future workshop dates.  Nurturing your most important relationship is deeply important and life giving.
