This Hygge retreat is a time to unplug, breathe, create, eat and learn with Julie at Red Hen Farm. You will go home with an understanding of Hygge and a plan for adding the practice into your life. We will also look at the science behind this positive perspective and practice all while working on a felting project and eating really yummy food.
