We will spend the evening building a cedar garden box, learning about soil and plant health and also spending a little bit of time learning about the science of mindfulness and how both gardening and mindfulness can help grow positivity, calm and gratitude.  

You will also have the opportunity to build a second cedar box for a friend or neighbor in need of a little support and/or joy.
