Couples Retreat at Red Hen Farm and Orchard

Save the date for a couples retreat on September 27 and 28! The retreat will begin in the evening on Friday lasting two to three hours and resuming on Saturday for the bulk of the day. The retreat will consist of learning John Gottman’s Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work curriculum. Julie is a certified leader of this content and will be adding in some useful mindfulness practices as well as opening up the farm for people to enjoy. There will be instruction time but the bulk of the experience is in curated conversations with your partner. This retreat is open to all couples.

Gottman’s research and retreat is designed for people who feel every sort of emotion about their relationship and their partner. Everyone benefits from this information! It is for those who are feeling very much in love and who want to build skills in keeping the magic, all the way to those who feel they have all but lost the magic. The curriculum was created using 40+ years of couples research (couples of all kinds). If applied, it can be life changing for you, your partner and your relationship. What better investment to make than in yourself and your life partner?

Note: You do not need to be married to be a part of this retreat.

Keep your eye out for the official registration!
