It is hard to know what to write. Everyday there is something new about which to lament and be anxious. With this reality in mind, I invite you to come out to our farm one hour a week and lay down your weariness and your worry.
I would like to teach and/or remind as many people in our sweet valley as possible about the power and agency that exists right between our ears. Come and gain the informational knowledge about the science of mindfulness and mental fitness and the procedural knowledge of forming your own practice of mindfulness and mental fitness that will work in your everyday life. I am hoping people can and will commit to 8 weeks but if you just need to drop in as it works, that is great too. We will learn and practice at each gathering. Our farm is a very beautiful place and not only will you be surrounded by great people in this class you will be able to watch spring unfold in our orchard.
Please leave the noise and worries of the day behind, even for just a moment, and learn how to pause and replenish so that you can have agency in the midst of that noise and worry.
