Learn about our Late Summer Perimenopause Retreat

Balancing and finding the way

Come, invite your friends and gather with other women at Red Hen Farm to spend a couple of hours meeting Dr. Courtney Hathaway, Mindfulness and Life Coach- Julie Engh Peters and Wellness/Life Coach and Physical Therapist- Lisa Hamilton and enjoying good company and fellowship around the fire.  These three organizers are putting together a late summer retreat focused on understanding, surviving and thriving Perimenopause and beyond.  There is so much to know and it is just plain overwhelming.

Let this be an opportunity for you to remember you are not alone and that there are people out there who can help support you during this exciting and hard transition.  Let’s do this together!  We will touch on topics such as the biology of perimenopause, what your body and mind need during this time, movement and bone health accepting change and reframing toward gratitude and confidence… just to name a few.  The open house is a time set aside for you to meet the presenters, to learn more about the retreat and to connect with other women!
