We welcome you to join us as we navigate the changes that come to all of our bodies and minds as we get older.

There is a lot of noise out there right now when it comes to women’s health.  We want to invite you to take time and join us to quiet the noise and listen instead to the science and evidence based research that will help you to navigate your changing mind and body. There is no reason to navigate this flood of information (not all of it trustworthy or helpful) on your own. Gather your questions and join together with other women and retreat at Red Hen Farm and Orchard. Join Dr. Courtney Hathaway M.D., Julie Engh Peters PCC, Mindfulness and Wellbeing Coach and special guest Lisa Hamilton DPT, NBC-HWC for a rejuvenating, fun and informational weekend.

The weekend will be filled with evidence based medical education about hormones, bone health, nutrition, mindfulness and mental fitness during perimenopause and menopause.  There will also be time to relax, create, journal, hike, pick fruit, dance, laugh, sit around the fire and connect with other amazing women.  

Expect to walk away with a clear health plan for both your body and your mind, as well as, a community of women to support you as you grow older, wiser and stronger!
